Welcome to AWO

The African Women’s Organisation is a warm and welcoming space for African women living in Australia.
Here, we connect, uplift one another, and celebrate the richness of our cultures and heritage.

Our mission is to strengthen unity, share valuable resources, and create meaningful opportunities for every woman to thrive.
Let’s grow together with pride, strength, and sisterhood as a united African community in Australia!

We work to strengthen and expand African women’s access to our languages and cultures in Australia.
